Fees and Tuition
Your child is a student of the Academy after your enrollment forms have been completed and your non-refundable Registration/Supply fee and the first week’s tuition are paid. The Registration/Supply Fee is due and payable at the time of enrollment, the anniversary of your child’s enrollment, and prior to the beginning of summer camp (if applicable). The fee covers the processing of your child’s application, art and school supplies, a T-Shirt, and your child’s accident insurance premium.
Your tuition payment reserves your child’s space in their assigned classroom. To ensure quality programming and high quality staffing, 80% of your weekly tuition is due if your child is absent for the week. Tuition can be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Weekly tuition is due every Friday of the preceding week. If weekly tuition is not paid in full by noon on Monday of the following week, a $30 late fee will be added to your tuition for that week.
Monthly tuition is due on the last business day of the month for the upcoming month’s services. If monthly tuition is not paid in full by the close of business of the 1 st day of the current month your discount will be forfeited.
After your child has been with the Academy full-time for one calendar year, you will receive a week of free tuition, which can be used at any time during the year! Free tuition credit has to start on a Monday and end on a Friday of the same week. A written request to the Director is required to receive credit. Vacation tuition credits cannot be carried over from calendar year to calendar year.
