To truly see what we can offer your family, please stop by to receive the 4 Our Kids learning experience! Our hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Pre-Registration/Enrollment

Space is limited in all age groups, so please take the time to pre-register your child using the Pre-registration Form. Pre-registration is not a commitment to attend or a promise of acceptance. Enrollment is based on a first-come first-served basis, pre-registering will assist you in reserving a place for your child in their respective age group. Once your pre-registration has been submitted, you will be contacted regarding availability.

To secure a space on the wait list, a $110/per child non-refundable registration fee is required along with the Pre-registration form. A $270 non-refundable family registration fee will be given to families with 3 or more children. For payment options please contact 4 Our Kids Learning Academy.

Wait List

You should begin your child care search early for placement. Due to having a low child-teacher ratio, there are few openings in each age group. It is especially important if you have an infant to prepare well in advance for your return to work. All enrollments are based on a first-come first-served basis.

Separation

4 Our Kids Learning Academy takes every effort to ensure that you and your child feel comfortable. Children sometimes have difficulty letting go of their parent when being dropped off for the day. This is typical behavior which, over time, should decrease as they become more secure in their new environment. Here are a few suggestions to help ease separation:

• Allow adequate time in the morning before leaving for work.
• While traveling to the Academy, talk to your child about where they are going, who will be there, and what they will be doing for the day. This will prepare your child for what will occur. When you are rushed, children feel hurried and anxious.
• When you arrive, help your child get "settled in" by becoming involved in play.
• Once your child is playing comfortably, tell your child it's time for you to go. (You might also try a two-minute warning ahead of time.) Please, do not "sneak out". Children are establishing their sense of trust and need to see you go and see you return at the end of the day.
• Give hugs and kisses and reassure your child you will be back (e.g. after snack).

Usually, children calm down and begin to play soon after you leave. Remember, even those children who are comfortable in play and in their environment need your attention, affection, and reassurance.

Holiday Schedule

4 Our Kids Learning Academy will be closed in observance of the following holidays:

• New Year's Eve (Close at 2:00pm)
• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Friday After Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve (Close at 12:00pm)
• Christmas Day

If a holiday falls on the weekend, the center will be closed the next business day in observance of the holiday.
